Operations Reviews

Primarily Operations Reviews are conducted to provide senior management an overview of their operations from an outside-independent perspective.  The reviews usually encompass the following areas; and are normally customized to meet the company's objective.   Visit each location and meet with each location manager to gain an understanding of their operating procedures.   Meet with the Fleet Manager to gain an understanding of the fleet planning process and daily distribution practices.

Throughout the entire process, spend time with the Operations Manager to gain his/her perspective regarding the daily operating procedures.  Review yield and rate management practices.  Discuss with the respective managers the procedures/practices we feel will help improve the operation.  Prepare a follow up report summarizing the observations and recommendations.
