Elizabeth, NJ, June, 2007 to January, 2008. 
Accepted as expert witness in vehicle rental industry.  Testified at franchisor/franchisee trial regarding lost revenue.

Schwartz v JJF Management Services (Rent A Wreck) , et al.  Baltimore, Maryland, March, 2010.
Accepted as expert witness in vehicle rental industry.  Testified at trial regarding cost to franchisor (Rent A Wreck of America, Inc.) to restore reasonable market penetration after adverse trademark user and previous franchisee was closed.

Have been retained as an expert witness in the vehicle rental industry in 5 additional cases, three of which were settled before deposition and two of which were settled after deposition but before trial.
